I didn’t set out to build a movement.

I was just trying to feel alive again.

For years, I did what was expected.
I was the daughter. The wife. The mom. The professional. The dependable one.
I built a good life. A responsible life.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I was guest-starring in everyone else’s story.

And I wanted my own back.

What started as a quiet, almost embarrassing love for a Korean music group became something much bigger. Through fandom, I rediscovered curiosity. Creativity. Community. Joy. I formed ARMY Project 529 to help women stay connected during a season of waiting — and it grew into something neither of us expected.

But this was never meant to stop at fandom.

It was always about awakening.

Now, through Covert Fandom, Wide Awake, and Begin Again, I help women rediscover themselves, recapture joy, and step into what’s next — locally and globally.
